Thank you for choosing Pulp Ayurveda. We aim to deliver authentic Ayurvedic products with care and efficiency. Please read our Shipping & Returns Policy carefully to understand how we manage deliveries, returns, and refunds.

Shipping Policy

At Pulp Ayurveda, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with tracking details to monitor your shipment in real time.

We currently ship across India using reliable courier partners. The estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days , depending on your location and courier service availability. Please note that delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above a certain value (as shown during checkout). For smaller orders, a nominal shipping charge may apply.

Note: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid through secure online payment methods such as debit/credit cards, UPI, wallets, or net banking.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We take great care to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pulpayurveda.com or on WhatsApp (+91) 93102 36703 with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will guide you through the return or replacement process. Please ensure that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging for it to qualify for a return.

Returns are not accepted for opened, used, or tampered products due to hygiene and safety concerns. Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days after inspection.

In case your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, we will work closely with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.
